almost zero commute to the nas oceana and even less to the fleet training base, dam neck. very close to literally dozens of shops, restaurants, a movie theater and big box stores, medical facilities, and the commissary. did i mention that we are very close to the ocean and the koa campground. only minutes to redwing park. we have three large bedrooms, 2 full and one half bathrooms. we have a large 2 car garage that would make a great home gym or perfect for hobbies. we are a block and a half to the clubhouse and large swimming pool.
